JOB SUMMARY:
Social Media – responsible for leading the scoping, ongoing administration, plans and strategies to utilize social media in order to increase reach and visibility, i.e., blogs, and social marketing such as twitter, Digg, YouTube, Flickr, Discussion Boards & Forums, LinkedIn, and Facebook platforms. Social media marketing is an addition to Ambercare’s integrated marketing communications plans.
Website Developer – responsible for development, implementation and maintenance of the organization’s website.
Management – Manages the Specialist, Marketing and Public Relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in area of specialty and at least 4 years of experience in marketing and/or social networking is essential.
- Ability to keep current with the developments in Internet technology and utilizing them in social media marketing.
- Tech-savvy and well versed with computer applications with creative thinking to design marketing social media campaigns and strategies.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in order to interact with the clients and management of the company. Good networking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, MAC, Illustrator or Photoshop (Corel) and good working knowledge of SEO and keyword testing.
- Thorough knowledge of the social media circle, techniques, tools, functions, and market trends.
- Knowledge of website design, graphics, creating landing pages for both website and facebook, event background pages for twitter, etc.
- Knowledge of blogging ecosystem.
- Ability to develop test sites, creating additional pages when required.
- Coding experience in HTML, Dreamweaver and other web application development.
- Knowledge of measurement tools to evaluate campaigns, and handling of legalities regarding internal policy and procedures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Bring in the concept of social media integration in the Company.
- Focus efforts towards building a firm reputation for the company in social media circles.
- Make decisions regarding social medial advertising, budgets, campaigns, to achieve optimum level to promote and increase Ambercare’s awareness where placed.
- Evaluate customer base and create social media marketing strategies; and, develop new and innovative marketing ideas that will interest people who are in the social media circles.
- Investigate social enterprise including customer relationship management (i.e., Salesforce Radian6, dashboards, data.com, social listening plan, social channels and service cloud to improve efficiencies on how the company listens and engages with clients.
