What is Home Health?
Home Healthcare is for those individuals who may require assistance during an illness or after surgery. Services are provided in the comfort and privacy of one’s home to those persons who are in need of nursing, therapy services to include: PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP, social services and/or assistance with the activities of daily living.

How do I qualify for these services?
There are 3 ways of obtaining a referral for Home Health: Your Primary Care Physician can order it, you can contact our Admissions Team at 1-877-861-0060, or you may also click the ‘make a referral’ link to automatically have your information sent to our Admissions Team. You must have a skilled Medical need and be homebound. This means that it takes great effort for you to leave the home to receive these services.

How long will I receive services for?
This depends on your need and your physician’s request. Services can be up to a 60 day certification period. At that time a reassessment may be done to determine if you will continue to qualify for services.

Will my insurance pay for this?
We are Medicare and Medicaid certified with most private insurances accepted.

Can I get paid to take care of my loved one?
